BUNKER SOUNDS is an independent record label founded by Brazilian DJ and producer SonikCuts. Emerging from the vinyl and turntablist culture of the late 2000s and officially established in Paris in 2010, the label was initially created as a platform for scratch music and DJ-focused releases.From its earliest days, BUNKER SOUNDS embraced a strong connection to physical formats, releasing vinyl records, scratch tools and collector-oriented editions long before the resurgence of analog media became a broader trend. While rooted in hip hop culture, the label gradually evolved beyond its turntablist origins to embrace a wider artistic vision spanning electronic, instrumental and experimental music. Influenced by a multicultural background and shaped through collaborations across different countries and scenes, BUNKER SOUNDS developed a distinctive identity where beat culture, electronic textures, atmospheric production and musical storytelling coexist naturally.

Throughout the years, the label has released projects by artists such as Jimmy Whoo, Myth Syzer, Mister Bibal and Mezraa, while collaborating with respected figures from the international hip hop community including Skyzoo, Termanology, Homeboy Sandman, Supastition, Guilty Simpson and Planet Asia.
