HOW TO ORDER
Pick a product and select it by clicking on the button “Add to Cart”. Once you have added all desired products to the shopping cart, click “View Cart”. Click on “Checkout” to start the next step.
Log in with your email address and password and view your account, where you will also determine the billing and shipping address as well as the method of payment and shipping type.You can place your order as a guest without having to create a customer account.
During the last step you have the opportunity to review your entries, redeem a promotional code and sign up for our highly acclaimed newsletter. It is important that you read and accept our Terms & Conditions before completing your order.
You may now submit your order to us by clicking on “Buy”. As soon as we have received your order, we will send out a confirmation email to you containing all information on further procedures.
You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as we have received your payment.
Please note that the payment confirmation you receive from Paypal or from your credit card institute does not automatically imply that we have already received your payment.
The credit card payment is an easy, safe and fast payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. As soon as the order is completed your card will be charged with the correspondent amount. Please keep in mind that the email confirmation of your order does not automatically mean a receipt of payment. Also notice that you will have to enter your credit card information for each new order, since these details are not saved.
For a fast, easy and safe payment of your online order. You need to be registered on Paypal in order to be able to use this service. During the ordering process you will be redirected to the Paypal website after choosing it as payment method. You will then be able to log in and link up the account with your creditcard or your bank account. These details will only be saved on Paypal and will be available for any further purchase without having to enter them again.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

We ship internationally with DHL. In individual cases, we reserve ourselves to commission another shipping company.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
